Q: Are all your items authentic?

A: Yes. We guarantee that all of our designer items have been carefully checked and rechecked to meet our high standards. Apart from our combined 30 years authenticating items, we only accept high-ticket shoes, bags, and accessories from sellers we have established relationships with. Items from new sellers go through our rigorous approval process before we accept and resell any goods to our customers. We are always happy to answer any questions about the authenticity of an item prior to purchase, and will walk you through the key signs that convey the item's authenticity. 

Q: Are the clothes and accessories you sell new? Or have they been previously used?

A: Both. 
We always label each item as NWT (new with tags), NWOT (new without tags), EUC (excellent used condition), GUC (good used condition), NIB (new in box), or NWB (new without box). Many items we sell are lightly used designer items that we resell through our consignment system from trusted sellers, the majority of whom bring their clothes to us at our Vancouver store. We also sell new items that we order overseas by designers from Japan and Korea especially. 

Q: Can I re-sell my designer clothing and accessories with you?

A: Yes!
 We're working on refining our online resale system, but email us if you'd like to learn more about our consignment process.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship primarily to Canada and the continental United States. We are happy to ship worldwide, however. International buyers, please contact us first!

Q: Does shipping include a tracking number?

A: Absolutely! You should receive your tracking number within 72 hours. 

Q: How long after I order my item will you ship it out?

A:
We will ship out your item within 72 hours maximum, and send you your tracking number immediately after your item is on its way to you!
